Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; some college accounting courses preferred.
• Must possess effective communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Extremely numbers-oriented and computer-literate.
• This position requires a Level 2 Gaming License.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents; good written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist Count/Drop Supervisor with coordination and supervision of count/drop staff.
• Maintain knowledge of Gaming Commission rules and internal controls.
• Ensure staffing levels; assist with interviewing, training and scheduling.
• Ensure integrity of Count/Drop Team transactions and reconcile revenues.
• Count money, reconcile gaming revenue and prepare reports (stiff sheets, transfer sheets).
• Maintain records and assist in resolving disputes; lead day-to-day operations.
