Job summary

Strategic Therapy Associates, Inc. seeks licensed and capable mental health professionals to support families across Virginia.

Positions involve home, community, and school-based counseling for masters-level clinicians with licensure tracks and supervision toward licensure. Qualifications

• Bachelor's in human services required or Masters in MFT/Counseling/SW.
• Prior mental health experience preferred, community-based a plus.

• Ability to work afternoons/evenings and some weekends.
• Safe driver with personal vehicle and good driving record.

We're Looking For:

• At least a Bachelor's in a human services field (QMHP eligible) or a Masters in Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling tor Social work (resident/supervisee eligible).
• Prior mental health experience (community-based a plus).
• Flexible, family-oriented, optimistic, and open-minded.
• Ability to work afternoons/evenings and some weekends.
• Safe driver, auto insurance, personal vehicle, and good driving record.
