Strategic Therapy Associates, Inc. is seeking Bachelor’s and Master’s level Mental Health Professionals to help families across Virginia, including Danville.

You will provide counseling in homes, communities, and schools, and support clients to prevent institutionalization. We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay with bonuses, comprehensive health benefits, supervision toward licensure, and training in evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in a human services field (QMHP eligible) or a Master's in Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling or Social Work (resident/supervisee eligible).

• Ability to work afternoons/evenings and some weekends.
• Safe driver, auto insurance, personal vehicle, and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and crisis services (masters level only).
