Job summary

Strategic Therapy Associates Inc. in Virginia seeks Resident-level LMHP-R, LMHP-S or Licensed Therapists (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to support clients and families facing mental health challenges.

You will provide outpatient, community, and school-based therapy, conduct assessments, and document cases. Qualifications

• Master's in Counseling, MFT, or Social Work required or equivalent.
• Eligible for or already Virginia-licensed or resident LMHP/therapist status.

Strategic Therapy Associates is a leading Virginia mental health provider! We're hiring Resident-level (LMHP-R, LMHP-S) or Licensed Therapists (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to help clients and families facing mental health challenges. You'll empower clients to achieve positive change and self-sufficiency, often preventing out-of-home placement. We use a Strategic Family Therapy model, and supervision for residents focuses on this approach.

We're Looking For:

• Eligible for or already a Virginia Resident/Licensed Therapist.
• Experience in mental health (community-based preferred).
• Family-oriented, flexible, optimistic, and open to learning.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, personal vehicle, and good driving record.
