Job summary

Diversus Health Colorado Springs is seeking licensed therapists to provide diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapy in a full-time role. You will evaluate risk, conduct crisis interventions, and maintain compliant documentation while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support client care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Experience providing therapy, assessments, case management, behavioral health services, or related clinical support preferred.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to professional development and licensure within two years preferred.

Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) | Jet Wing

• Deliver community-based behavioral health services for adults with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI)

Youth & Family Counseling | Parkside
