Position Overview

As a Counselor Trainee or Social Work Intern at Ellie Mental Health, you will share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care. You will thrive in an environment driven by authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, create, and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to fulfill the mission of filling gaps in the community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Maintain clinical documentation in an EHR system
• Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 10 client visits per week
• Actively participate in supervision and ongoing learning opportunities
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in required clinical staff meetings and trainings
