Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in Maryland is seeking licensed therapists (LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C, LCPC) to join our growing team. We offer a supportive environment with supervision, flexible scheduling, and a strong base pay structure for fee-for-service work.

You will conduct mental health assessments, develop treatment plans, provide therapy, and maintain thorough clinical documentation while collaborating with families and professionals. Start within a week, with plenty of clinical growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active Maryland license (LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C, or LCPC).
• Experience completing treatment plans and clinical notes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide therapy and maintain clinical documentation (diagnosis updates, treatment plans, and case notes).
• Maintain a caseload of approximately: 25 client sessions per week (full-time); 15 client sessions per week (part-time).
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, schools, and other professionals as needed.
• Participate in staff meetings and training.

Education

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
