Job summary

BrightView is seeking a dedicated Counselor to join our treatment team. You will conduct group sessions, intake assessments, crisis de-escalation, and contribute to care planning in a supportive recovery-focused environment.

Applicants should have at least a Bachelor\'s degree, active clinical licensure, and roughly two years of related experience; on-site collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is required; competitive benefits apply.

CLINICAL CARE

• Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments based on clinic needs and best-practice guidelines.
• Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques.

TREATMENT PLANNING AND PROGRESS MONITORING

• Assist with treatment planning.
• Review progress towards treatment plan goals.

COORDINATION AND COMMUNICATION

• Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team.
• Attend required meetings, including on-site staff meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.

DOCUMENTATION AND COMPLIANCE

• Timely and comprehensively document all necessary treatment data into the electronic patient health record.
• Follow adherence to all necessary regulatory and company compliance requirements.

EXPERIENCE

• Preferred 2 years of experience in a relevant field

EDUCATION

• Required Consistent with state-level regulation and requirements, at minimum Bachelors Degree
• Preferred Bachelor's degree

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

• REQUIRED Active clinical licensure consistent with state-level regulatory requirements, at minimum
