Job summary

MedMark Treatment Centers in Maryland is seeking a Compassionate Counselor Supervisor to lead and mentor counselors and interns, ensure compliant documentation, and oversee intake operations at our outpatient clinic.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as CAC-AD, LCPC, LCSW or LCADC in Maryland.
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.
• Prior supervisory experience required; must be self-motivated and able to lead staff.

Responsibilities

• Assigns counselors’ caseloads and makes adjustments as needed.
• Conducts quality assurance file reviews.
• Direct and supervise all intake operations.
• Ensure efficient and effective delivery of counseling services to all patients.
• Maintain accurate and current clinical records in compliance with Federal and State regulations.
