Job summary

Backpack Healthcare is seeking an Arizona-licensed mental health clinician for a part-time, fully remote role. You’ll provide individual and family therapy to children, teens, and their families via telehealth, with a flexible schedule and a target caseload.

Active Arizona licensure (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) is required. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred. Compensation is $55 per billable hour with monthly bonus potential and a 401(k) match and CEU support.

• Active Arizona license in LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Experience with children, adolescents and families or strong interest.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducting clinical assessments
• Developing individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans
• Providing individual and family therapy through secure telehealth
• Collaborating with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of our interdisciplinary team
• Providing family education and care coordination
• Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Building meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients and families
• Delivering culturally responsive care that recognizes each family's unique needs

$55/Hour + Monthly Bonus Potential

Flexibility Without the Hustle

You carry a target caseload of 15-22 sessions per week , providing individual and family therapy through telehealth.

Most clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings, typically 2-9 PM , with weekend availability a plus.

You build the schedule. We support the rest.

Backpack provides the referrals and administrative infrastructure so you can spend more of your time focused on your clients — not searching for them or managing unnecessary administrative work.

What We're Looking For

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Comfort with technology and virtual clinical platforms
• Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills — strongly preferred
