Backpack Healthcare in Illinois is seeking a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide trauma-informed care via telehealth for children, teens, and families. You will work to understand each family's language and culture, delivering compassionate care that supports meaningful, lasting change.

Schedule typically 2:00–9:00 PM EST with 15–36 weekly sessions; remote work, monthly bonuses, 401(k) with 3% match, and paid supervision for LMSW/LPC roles.

What You'll Do

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you'll provide compassionate, trauma-informed care through telehealth while partnering with families to support meaningful, lasting change.

You'll manage a caseload of 15–36 sessions per week, with the flexibility to choose part-time or full-time.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Conducting clinical intakes and assessments
• Developing client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
• Providing individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth
• Collaborating with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of our interdisciplinary team
• Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in our EHR
• Delivering culturally responsive care that recognizes each family's unique needs and experiences

Scheduling: Most clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings, typically 2:00–9:00 PM EST. Weekend availability is a plus.

We want our clinicians to feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow.

• $45–$65 per billable hour, based on license level
