Seven Hills Foundation invites applications for a Therapeutic Mentor (Counselor II) to provide one-on-one, community-based support to CBHI youth in Massachusetts. You’ll help youths build social skills, emotional regulation, and daily living abilities, guiding them toward home, school, and community success.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with some flexibility, full-time benefits, and opportunities to collaborate with clinicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human service field or equivalent with at least 12 months' youth experience.
• Valid driver's license required; reliable transportation often needed.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Direct Youth Mentoring: Provide one-on-one support to youth in home and community settings.
• Help youth build skills in communication, emotional regulation, and daily living.
• Develop and implement structured, age-appropriate lesson plans with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with a master’s level clinician to align mentoring with treatment goals.
• Participate in weekly consultations and provide progress updates.
• Document progress notes and participate in trainings, supervision, and team meetings.
