Job summary

Hamilton Behavioral seeks a dedicated, fully licensed LPC with Counseling Compact privileges to deliver high-quality telehealth services. This is a 1099 independent contractor role that is fully remote, offering you complete professional autonomy to set your schedule and caseload across participating states.

You will conduct intake assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation while working from a private, secure workspace with reliable internet.

Qualifications

• Active LPC license in good standing with Counseling Compact privilege.
• Telehealth or virtual counseling experience preferred.
• Must maintain professional liability insurance.

As a 1099 independent contractor, you will enjoy complete professional autonomy. This fully remote role allows you to build a caseload on your terms, design your own schedule, and leverage your compact license to support clients across multiple participating states.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload based entirely on your personal availability and capacity.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• Must hold a Counseling Compact license (privilege to practice in participating compact states).
• Prior experience providing telehealth or virtual counseling is preferred.
• Must carry active, independent professional liability malpractice insurance.
• Reliable high-speed internet, a secure computer, and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace.
