Hamilton Behavioral seeks a fully licensed Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Counseling Compact license to provide high-quality telehealth services as a 1099 independent contractor. This fully remote role lets you design your own schedule and build a caseload across participating states.

You will conduct intake assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and maintain compliant documentation while managing your own caseload.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPC credential.
• Must have Counseling Compact license to practice in participating states.
• Telehealth or virtual counseling experience is preferred.
• Must carry active professional liability malpractice insurance.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a private HIPAA-compliant workspace.
