Hamilton Behavioral is seeking a fully licensed Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to deliver telehealth therapy on a 1099 basis. This remote role offers complete autonomy to design your schedule and serve clients across participating states with a Counseling Compact license.

You will conduct intake assessments, create treatment plans, and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation while managing your own caseload and hours. We cover the administrative backend so you can focus on clinical care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• Counseling Compact license with privilege to practice in participating states.
• Prior telehealth or virtual counseling experience preferred.
• Active professional liability malpractice insurance.
• Reliable high-speed internet, secure computer, and HIPAA-compliant private workspace.
