Job summary

The Recovery Village Salem is hiring a behavioral health clinician to provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting in Salem, Oregon. You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized plans, while collaborating with medical and clinical teams to ensure patient progress.

Responsibilities include group sessions, psychoeducation, thorough documentation with Heather AI support, and discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a behavioral health field preferred.
• State SUD certification may be required if education level is HS or bachelor's.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting

• Minimum one (1) year of work experience in the behavioral health field required.


• Experience facilitating groups required.


• Experience conducting individual sessions preferred.


• State SUD certification required if education is equivalent to High School or Bachelor's level.


• Credentials may include:
  
  
  • CADC I, II, or III required
  
  
  • QMHA or QMHP and willing to obtain a CADC preferred
  
  
  • CSWA, LPCA, LMFT, LCSW, LPC preferred
  
  


• CPR-AED and First Aid certification required.


• Availability to work weekend shifts on either a Sun-Thu schedule or a Tue-Sat schedule required.


• Experience with specific treatment focus areas or patient populations preferred.


• Eligible to work in the United States required.

• Annual salary: 58,240 USD/year
