Reliant Care Management Company in Missouri is seeking a compassionate Treatment Technician to provide direct support to women in recovery. You will help maintain a safe, structured environment while monitoring client welfare and assisting with daily activities.

The role emphasizes empathy, strong communication, and adherence to treatment protocols. Required: HS diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification, and at least 1 year in recovery or related field; evening/weekend shifts may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in addiction recovery or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
