Job summary

Spero Health in Murray, KY is seeking a licensed Counselor or Social Worker to join our integrated care team. This role supports patients through counseling, case management and medically assisted treatment in a collaborative clinic setting.

Responsibilities include assessments, evidence-based counseling, patient education, and ensuring HIPAA/CFR42 Part 2 compliance while helping patients progress toward recovery and personal goals.

The Counselor's responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Requirements

LICENSED COUNSELOR/SOCIAL WORKER EDUCATION:

• Education: Minimum, Master's Degree in a human services field (psychology, sociology, social work, family studies, human services, counseling, nursing, or another human service degree program related to working with individuals with substance use disorders.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of full-time employment/internship working in a human-services setting OR Master's Degree in behavioral science, as defined above.
• License: CSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPCA, LMFT, LCADC-A, LCADC
