Qualifications

• An interest in joining a lean legal function where they can take on meaningful responsibility and broad exposure.

Responsibilities

• Advising the business on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters relating to investment and trading activities
• Supporting sophisticated trading, financing and transactional matters across multiple asset classes
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating trading and commercial documentation
• Working closely with investment professionals, Trading, Operations, Compliance, Risk and other internal stakeholders
• Advising on new products, counterparties, structures and strategic initiatives
• Managing relationships with external counsel where required
• Providing practical, commercially focused advice in a fast-paced investment environment
