Qualifications

• Working knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act and investment management regulatory matters.
• Experience with co-investments, secondary transactions, and separately managed accounts is a plus.
• Strong academic credentials, drafting skills, and attention to detail.
• Admission to the applicable state bar.
