Lakeside Chautauqua seeks a Cottage Rentals Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of our short-term cottage rental program, including guest services, owner relations, and rental operations.

Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, this full-time, exempt role coordinates staff, ensures property readiness, and handles financial processing, owner payments, and reconciliations to support a premier lakeside hospitality experience.

Qualificações

• Customer-facing hospitality experience required or preferred.
• Experience managing vacation rentals or property management is beneficial.
• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn property-management and accounting systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee cottage rental operations and owner relations, ensuring smooth processes.
• Coordinate seasonal openings/closings and maintenance coordination.
• Supervise rental-support staff and cleaning personnel to maintain standards.
• Process payments, deposits, and owner disbursements; maintain accurate records.
• Provide excellent guest service and timely responses to inquiries.
