Job summary

ESG Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to lead COTS product implementations in the Metro Atlanta area. The role demands end-to-end accountability for delivery, cross-functional team coordination, vendor and stakeholder management, and adherence to PMI practices.

The ideal candidate will hold an active PMP certification and have demonstrated success delivering large-scale technology projects within aggressive timelines. Local candidates preferred for on-site coordination.

Qualifications

• Active PMP certification in good standing.
• Proven experience leading COTS product implementations.
• Delivery of enterprise-scale technology projects.
• Local Metro Atlanta candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of COTS product implementation projects following PMI best practices.
• Lead planning, scheduling, resource management, risk management, quality management, and reporting activities.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and vendor partners.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and business process documentation aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Oversee full SDLC including testing and deployment phases.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain clear communication channels across project teams and leadership.
• PMP certification is required.
