Job summary

Arcfield seeks an experienced professional to manage a COTR course and related programs. You will coordinate SMEs, planners, and presenters, ensuring a smooth, engaging learning experience while supporting governance and certification processes.

You will work across IT and sponsor teams, promoting tools and analytics, and you will help organize COTR Day events and branding. Prior executive support and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level education or higher required; degree fields may vary.
• Experience supporting C-suite or executives is essential.
• Strong communication and writing skills are required.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and presentation tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate an in-person COTR course and related affiliated course.
• Coordinate presenters and manage session logistics.
• Support COTR Day planning, branding, and registration processes.
• Promote learning design improvements and use of analytics tools.
• Assist in maturing the certification process and governance.
