FullShift Staffing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Massachusetts. The role offers 13-week contracts with option to extend, or a permanent placement, with days shifts and competitive pay plus housing and travel stipends for travelers.

Ideal candidates are new grads or experienced COTAs who are detail‑oriented, quick to adapt, and capable of working well within an interdisciplinary team to help patients improve daily living and

Qualifications

• Active COTA license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Current TB test.
• Full physical stating fit for duty (within past year).

Responsabilités

• Assist in providing occupational therapy services under the direction of an OT.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient goals.
• Focus on activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, and independence.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and safety strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
