Job summary

AdviniaCare Seashore Pointe in Provincetown, MA is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will support licensed therapists in planning and delivering individualized care that helps patients regain independence and improve daily functioning.

We offer a $2500 sign-on bonus for full-time employment and provide CEU/licensure reimbursement after the 90-day probationary period, plus a 401k match and opportunities for

Qualifications

Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and customer service.

Responsibilities

Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs.
Design and implement OT interventions to improve ADLs and cognition.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and maintain records.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers to promote independence.
