Tice Valley Post Acute in Walnut Creek, CA is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA). We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities with pay starting at $50-$52 per hour DOE. Join our in-house rehabilitation team in a collaborative, resident-centered environment.

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
Help residents improve activities of daily living and functional independence
Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies
Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care
