PACS in Walnut Creek, CA is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles. The position supports a collaborative rehabilitation team and focuses on patient-centered care and functional independence.

Starting pay is $50-$52 per hour with DOE. This is a hospital-style post-acute setting where ongoing training and teamwork are emphasized for growth and quality outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Help residents improve activities of daily living and functional independence.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies.
• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care.
