Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensed or in the process of licensure in Michigan to work in SNF/LTC settings. This contract role follows a 5x8 days schedule and requires ongoing accountability to the organization's mission and goals.

Minimum requirements include at least 1 year of SNF/LTC COTA experience and an active Michigan license.

• 1 year of recent experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in SNF/LTC.
