Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure in IL to work in the SNF/LTC setting. This is a contract position with a 5x8 days schedule.

The role supports the organization’s mission while delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring compliance with state licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in SNF/LTC.
• Current COTA license within the state of IL or in process of obtaining licensure.
