Qualifications

• Active California Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant license is required.
• NBCOT examination completion is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required and ongoing.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under supervision.
• Deliver skilled interventions targeting ADLs, IADLs, and upper extremity function.
• Monitor patient progress and report to supervising OT promptly.
• Assist with data collection for progress assessments and plan-of-care updates.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in home programs and safe equipment use.
• Support transfer activities and positioning; transportation to therapy areas as needed.
• Prepare equipment and patients for therapy sessions per plan of care.
