Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.
• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in good standing.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and follow established patient treatment plans under supervision of an OT.
• Communicate with patients' families, referring physicians, and team members.
• Document progress and ensure timely written records per policy.
• Maintain and develop clinical/professional skills through ongoing learning.
• Coordinate treatment goals with other staff and departments.
