Job summary

Isle Health & Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our caring team. The role provides quality rehabilitation care to residents under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, following the plan of care and facility guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current COTA license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute established patient treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.
• Communicate with patients, families, referring physicians, and other team members.
• Provide timely written documentation per facility requirements.
• Develop and enhance clinical and professional skills through knowledge and professional association.
• Coordinate treatment goals with other team members.
