Job summary

Life Care Center of West Bridgewater is seeking a COTA Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide direct rehabilitation in occupational therapy under the supervision of a licensed OT.

The role requires NBCOT certification upon hire, state licensure in good standing, and CPR as applicable. You will follow treatment plans, document progress, and work with patients, families, and the care team in a post-acute setting.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification upon hire; renewal optional
• Graduate of an accredited OT program (ASOT)
• Active state licensure in good standing
• 1 year experience preferred; new grads welcome
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation and kept current

Responsibilities

• Follow treatment plans under supervising OT
• Chart progress timely and accurately
• Utilize therapy software and documentation
• Provide excellent patient service and teamwork
• Maintain patient rights, safety, and infection control
