Qualifications

• Implements and executes patient treatment plans under supervision of a therapist.

• Provides timely written documentation per requirements.
• Develops clinical and professional skills through knowledge and associations.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and submits patient charges for billing information.
• Performs patient screens and identifies interventions for treatment.
• Ensures safety of self and patients at all times.
• Coordinates treatment goals with the care team.
