Job summary

Salinas Valley Post-Acute in Salinas, CA is hiring a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a resident-centered rehabilitation team. Work under an OT to deliver skilled ADL and mobility training in a supportive, multi-disciplinary environment.

We offer sponsorship, tuition reimbursement, and quarterly performance bonuses, with a competitive hourly rate of $50.00–$55.00 DOE. New graduates are welcome to apply for this full-time opportunity.

Qualifications

• Current, valid California COTA license in good standing.
• Strong communication and ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team.
• New Graduates welcome; SNF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality therapeutic services under supervision of an OT.
• Deliver ADL-focused functional training to improve resident independence.
• Monitor and document resident progress per state guidelines.
• Collaborate with OT, nursing, and medical team on discharge goals.
• Educate residents and families on home programs and adaptive equipment.
