Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Assist residents in improving activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and functional independence.
• Monitor resident progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on safety techniques and home programs.
