Help Residents Regain Independence and Confidence Gateway Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity to provide meaningful, hands‑on therapy while enjoying the flexibility of a PRN schedule.
This position requires frequent standing, walking, reaching, pushing, pulling, and assisting residents with mobility and transfers. The employee may occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl while providing care or operating equipment. The role may involve exerting more than 100 pounds of force occasionally, more than 50 pounds frequently, or more than 20 pounds regularly when safely assisting residents or moving equipment.
