HCA Houston Healthcare Tomball is seeking a COTA PRN to provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT. The role requires current Texas licensure and BLS certification, and an Associate degree from an approved OTA program. One year of COTA experience is preferred.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Provides treatment to patients across the life span (infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric) according to a current written treatment plan formulated by the Licensed Occupational Therapist within the scope of their licensure with the state of Texas and according to Tomball’s Occupational Therapy Standards.

What qualifications you will need:

• License / Certifications / Requirements: Requires current Texas licensure (COTA), and Basic Life Support certification.
• Education: Graduation from an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Associate degree required
• Experience: One year of COTA experience is preferred.
