Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have active COTA licensure or eligibility in Texas.

• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy based on treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Track and document patient progress, maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and educate patients/families.
• Lead or assist patients with therapies and activities of daily living to promote independence.
