HealthPro Heritage in Bloomington, IN is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support residents in a highly rated senior living facility. The role focuses on delivering patient-centered therapy aligned with established treatment plans and daily living activities.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, monitor progress, document findings, and educate patients and families while promoting independence.

Competenze

• Associate degree in OTA from an accredited program.
• NBCOT certification is required for practice.
• Current or eligible state licensure to practice in Indiana.
• Prior OT/PT experience is preferred; new graduates encouraged.

Mansioni

• Assist in delivering individualized therapy based on treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and document in accordance with facility policies.
