Job summary

Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) on a full-time basis, with PRN opportunities. You will carry out best practice treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist and document weekly progress notes.

Qualifications include active state license, experience with long-term/geriatric care preferred, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid COTA license/registration in the state of practice.
• Provide comprehensive treatment under OT supervision.
• Experience in long-term/geriatric care preferred.
• Strong documentation skills and timely weekly progress notes.
• Collaborate with disciplines to deliver patient-centered care.
• Punctual, professional conduct and reliability.
• May perform additional duties as assigned by Rehabilitation Director.

Responsibilities
