Job summary

Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for full-time and PRN positions. The role involves delivering treatment under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and documenting progress to support patient-centered care.

The candidate should have a valid license/registration and preferably experience in long-term or geriatric care, with strong documentation skills and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Provide comprehensive treatment under supervision of Occupational Therapist.
• Experience with long-term care/geriatric care preferred.
• Well versed with documentation writing.
• Document patient progress on weekly progress notes.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide patient-centered care.
• Report to work on time and maintain professionalism.
• Perform all other duties assigned by Director of Rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out best practice treatments under supervision of the OT.
• Provide feedback to supervising OT via documentation or other facility-required methods.
• Document patient progress weekly in progress notes.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to provide patient-centered care.
• Adhere to facility policies and scheduled hours; maintain professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Rehabilitation.
