WelbeHealth seeks a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our interdisciplinary Rehabilitation team. Under the Occupational Therapist's direction, you will provide restorative OT services to participants at the center and in their homes, aiming to maximize independence, safety, and performance of ADLs.

You will work with a caring team, maintain low patient loads, and contribute to a comprehensive compensation package including base pay and bonus.

Competenze

• OTA associate degree from an accredited program.
• Valid California OTA license or proof of license eligibility.

Mansioni

• Administer participant treatment programs as established by the Occupational Therapist.
• Assist the Occupational Therapist in obtaining vital signs, ROM, and strength testing.
• Coordinate with Rehabilitation team to implement activities based on treatment plans.
• Schedule participants’ treatments, clinical visits and billing.
• Document OT interventions per care plans, including devices and activities to improve ADLs.
