• Collaborates with disciplines to deliver patient-centered treatment
• Punctual, professional, and able to follow directions from Rehabilitation Director

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment under supervision of Occupational Therapist
• Document patient progress and weekly notes
• Collaborate with care team to ensure best patient outcomes
• Maintain reliable attendance and professional conduct
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by Director of Rehabilitation
