Job summary

Providence PACE is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support our Gresham site and East Service area. The role provides COTA services and direct treatment under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, and includes home care coordination as part of the interdisciplinary team.

The position is part-time, 24 hours per week, with daytime weekday shifts in a on-site setting at Providence PACE Gresham-Portland.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist Assistant License.
  • 1 year experience in the area of Occupational Therapy as a COTA.

Responsibilities

  • Assesses needs and provides COTA services and direct treatment in consultation with the OT.
  • Functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team.

This position will support our Gresham site and East Service area.

Schedule : 24 hours/week on weekdays day shift

Assesses needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist. The COTA functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Responsible for home care coordination.

Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist Assistant License
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 year experience in the area of Occupational Therapy as a COTA.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
