Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a daytime PRN role at Alleghany Health and Rehab in Clifton Forge, VA. The role requires an OTA degree, current COTA license, and NBCOT certification; one year of experience is preferred.

You will implement treatment plans under OT supervision, document patient progress, and educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Qualifications

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
