Powerback is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in Texas. You will implement therapy programs for patients across settings, following established recovery plans and promoting independence.

Requirements: Graduate of an accredited OTA program, NBCOT certification, and licensure or eligibility in the state. We support mentorship, CEUs, and visa/relocation for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program following AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Address the whole patient and support their independence.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals as needed.
