Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Ohio is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team and support patients with evidence-based therapy plans in a collaborative setting.

You will implement OT plans, monitor patient progress, and educate families on home exercise programs while working under the supervision of a licensed OT. This full-time role is based at Heritagespring - West Chester Twp OH.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required in OT Assistant program.
• Current, unencumbered COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
