Continuum Midwest is hiring Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to join a therapist-led team expanding across multiple states. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans under supervision, documenting progress, and educating patients on home exercise programs.

Located in Cold Spring, KY, the position offers full-time daytime hours with a comprehensive benefits package, including 401k, ESOP, and life insurance. NBCOT certification and a state COTA license are required.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
