Trinity Rehab is seeking a committed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team in Clemmons, NC. You will support the Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans and help patients achieve greater independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• NC COTA certification/licensure required.

Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) - FT & PRN

Location: Clemmons, NC

Trinity Rehab is currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team in Clemmons, NC.

The Occupational Therapy Assistant will assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. This role plays an essential part in helping patients achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the care team
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients

Position Details
